Property Litigation Solicitor – Edinburgh

This Dispute Resolution team is currently recruiting a litigation Solicitor to join the firm’s Edinburgh office. You should expect to be involved in all aspects of property litigation including landlord and tenant work, repossession and eviction, title and boundary disputes, rating and valuation disputes, Lands Tribunal and Scottish Land Court work.

To be considered for this position you should have between NQ-5 years’ PQE and ideally have previous property litigation experience. Candidates with either general civil or commercial litigation experience but an interest in focusing on property litigation, will also be considered.
