Contentious Construction Solicitor – Edinburgh/Glasgow

Our client is currently recruiting an experience Solicitor to join its Construction and Engineering Team in either Edinburgh or Glasgow. The team advises on a range of high-profile and complex construction matters including contentious claims and insurance disputes across a range of formal dispute proceedings including mediation, adjudication, litigation and arbitration.

To be considered for this position you should have at least 1 year PQE and previous construction and litigation experience. You should also have experience of representing clients in the Court of Session and the Sheriff Court.
