Senior Commercial Dispute Resolution Solicitor – Edinburgh

This highly regarded Commercial Dispute Resolution Team is currently recruiting an Associate to join its Edinburgh team. This is a large team who advise of a wide range high-profile cases across the country. You will have a varied caseload and advise on contentious commercial disputes, which will include contract litigation, banking and financial services litigation, professional negligence, property litigation, contentious private client matters, contentious construction and engineering projects and IP disputes.

The team is keen to hear from candidates at the 5 years’ PQE level and above who have previous commercial dispute resolution experience. More junior candidate who have a desire to progress their career in this area would be considered.
