Corporate Associates - Edinburgh & Glasgow/Aberdeen

This forward-thinking international Law Firm is seeking two senior Lawyers to join its esteemed Corporate Team. A Senior Associate is required in the Edinburgh office, and an Associate is needed in either the Glasgow or Aberdeen office.

These positions offer the opportunity for cross-border work and international transactions across key industry sectors. This is a broad-based role, including mergers and acquisitions, private equity, and general corporate advisory work.

The ideal candidates will have at least 4 years’ PQE, M&A exposure, and excellent drafting skills.
