Non Contentious Construction (Infrastructure) - Edinburgh/Glasgow

Our client, a commercial law firm, currently has a need for an experienced solicitor to join its busy Infrastructure team based in either Edinburgh or Glasgow. You will be involved in a broad range of non-contentious construction matters including major property developments, regeneration projects, building contracts and significant engineering projects.

Responsibilities will include:

Providing technical advice to colleagues.
Implementing improvements in working methods.
Presenting legal information in an understandable format with minimum guidance.
Participating in the business development of the firm.

The ideal candidate for this position will have at least 2-6 years PQE with extensive experience of the non-contentious construction sector. The team is keen to hear from candidates who use their initiative, are self-motivated and who take pride in quality of work.
