Corporate Associate/Senior Associate – Edinburgh/Glasgow

This full service law firm is currently seeking a Corporate Associate to join its growing team in either of its Edinburgh or Glasgow offices on a full-time basis.

The successful candidate will be involved in all aspects of corporate law including M&A and equity investment transactions. You will also be advising on general corporate finance related work. The team is keen to hear from candidates who have experience of corporate transactions, and experience in training or supervising junior team members would be beneficial.
