We have been instructed on this unique and interesting role with our client, a prominent Glasgow-based Law Firm. The firm currently requires an additional Lawyer to join its Child Law Team on a full-time basis.

The Child Law Team handles cases related to the children’s hearings system and corresponding court processes, such as grounds of referral proceedings, permanence, and adoption cases. The successful candidate will be responsible for representing children, parents, extended family members and foster carers from the beginning to end of the process.

The ideal candidate for this role will be at the NQ-3 PQE level, however, applicants outside this PQE level will also be considered. Experience in Child Law or Family Law is preferred, but not required, as personalised training will be provided to ensure the successful candidate is fully supported in the role.
