Dispute Resolution (Property Damage) – Edinburgh/Glasgow

This well-established global law firm is currently recruiting for a Senior Associate to join its expanding Property Damage, Recovery, and Coverage Disputes team. The team handles complex loss claims for its diverse and growing client base.

The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of PQE with excellent commercial and client-facing skills. Experience in insurance litigation is preferred, but candidates with a strong background in commercial disputes will also be considered. You will be expected to manage a broad range of interesting cases, such as:

Pursuing and defending commercial and domestic public liability claims
Handling contractual and coverage disputes
Conducting appearance work and instructing counsel in Commercial Court actions and arbitrations
