This growing Scottish law firm is currently recruiting an English Property Lawyer to join its expanding Land & Property team in Edinburgh. The team provides advice on all aspects of rural and urban property transactions.

The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of PQE-level experience with dual qualifications (Scottish and English & Welsh); however, this is not essential. You will have extensive experience in general property law, residential conveyancing, and commercial knowledge of English property matters. Responsibilities include handling the purchase, sale, and leasing of properties while advising on all aspects of property finance and management.

This is a full-time position offering part-time options and hybrid working arrangements.
