Professional Support Lawyer (Knowledge Management) – Guernsey

This well-established offshore law firm is currently recruiting for a Professional Support Lawyer to provide expertise for its expanding Knowledge Management department in Guernsey. You will be responsible for developing, managing, and maintaining the expertise, knowledge tools, and resources to support the firm’s corporate practice area.

The ideal candidate will have at least 6 years’ PQE and a strong background as a corporate or transactional lawyer. Responsibilities include:

Helping to organise, design, and deliver departmental legal and knowledge training
Responding to fee earner queries and research requests
Developing the knowledge strategy for the department and implementing wider knowledge projects

Qualification in Guernsey or a recognised common law jurisdiction such as Scotland, or England and Wales would be an ideal; however, experience in PSL or knowledge management is preferred.
