An exciting opportunity to join a reputable full-service law firm that provides a broad range of legal services, including private client, property law, commercial law, and family law.

The Rural, Land & Business team offers comprehensive legal advice to a wide range of clients on all aspects of rural property law. They are seeking an ambitious Solicitor to complement their current team.

The role involves providing legal services relating to all aspects of rural property, including:

  • Buying and selling rural properties such as farms, estates, and forests.
  • Advising on rural developments such as renewable energy projects, housing, telecoms, and diversification.
  • Handling agricultural leases, both contentious and non-contentious, including their creation, variation, and termination.
  • Preparing voluntary registration applications for large estates, including historic sites such as castles and lochs.

To be considered for this position, you should be at the NQ level or above, with relevant experience and the ability to build and maintain quality client relationships.
