Part-time In-House Legal Counsel – Glasgow

This well-established company is currently seeking an In-house Legal Counsel to join its growing team in Glasgow. The successful candidate will possess at least 5 years’ PQE and expertise in handling all aspects of commercial contracts. Responsibilities include:

Conducting a broad range of reviews of client contracts, from routine to complex.
Supporting departments on projects, from small local issues to multi-million-pound contract negotiations.
Providing input and guidance to the company’s risk committee.

Candidates should be familiar with the legal and regulatory obligations relevant to the business and be able to adapt and provide expert advice. In-house experience is advantageous but not essential for the right candidate.

This part-time position offers flexible working arrangements to support work-life balance, requiring 2-3 days in the office each week. Working days can be flexible to suit the successful candidate.
