This well-established Law Firm is currently seeking two ambitious Newly Qualified Lawyers to join its Residential Conveyancing and Real Estate Team. The firm is flexible on location and the positions can be based in either the Aberdeen, Dundee, Edinburgh or Glasgow offices.
Candidates interested in the conveyancing role can expect to provide full support to the team and maintain strong relationships with clients. The work will include examining titles, remortgages, transfers of titles, discharges, sales and purchases. To be considered for this role, you should have knowledge and experience of residential conveyancing.

Candidates interested in the real estate role can expect to provide advice on a range of real estate transactions and services including mortgage agreements, buying and selling, and leasing agreements. Clients will be a mix of investor clients from wealthy private individuals acquiring for their pension plan to major institutional investors. Interested applicants should be commercially aware and have some knowledge and experience of real estate law.
