Casualty Solicitor - Glasgow - Frasia Wright Associates

We have been instructed on this new litigation role with our client, a leading UK Law Firm in Glasgow. Due to continued growth, the firms Defender Insurance Team currently requires an additional Lawyer to join its practice on a full-time basis.

The successful candidate will receive a varied caseload of predominantly pre and litigated disease claims, as well as motor/fraud and EL/PL claims. Key tasks will include:

Collaborating with a team to deliver a full spectrum of legal advice and representation to clients.
Supporting the Team Manager and other Partners with case management, client relationship development, client training, networking, and public speaking as needed.
Conducting Management Information (MI) procedures as required.
Adhering to deadlines, Service Level Agreements (SLAs), quality standards, and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

To be considered for this role, you should possess a minimum of 3 years’ PQE and have experience of managing defence of EL/PL casualty claims, this is essential to the role. Previous experience of managing defence of fraud, motor or disease claims is desirable. Given the diverse nature of this role, the team is seeking someone who is adaptable and capable of handling a wide range of tasks.
