This prominent Scottish private client law firm is recruiting a Rural Property Solicitor to join its Edinburgh office. The firm specialises in addressing the legal, financial, and administrative needs of individuals, family trusts, families, private companies, and charities.

The role is part-time spanning 3-4 days and will involve a wide range of interesting rural property work, including various rural title registration tasks for farms and estates, as well as non-transactional trust and executry conveyancing within the Rural Property Team.

The ideal candidate will be proactive and have a commercial approach to transactions and demonstrate the ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines. Candidates at the NQ level and above will be considered, with experience in rural/agricultural law.
