We are delighted to have been instructed on this temporary In-House Legal Counsel role. Our client is a successful organisation in Glasgow specialising in software solutions. The post-holder will be part of its busy Legal Team and will report into the Head of Legal. The role is expected to last for a period of 12 months and is part-time (2/3 days).

This is an interesting and varied role, where the successful candidate can expect to be involved in a range of commercial transactions, including commercial contracts, supply agreements, licensing agreements, data privacy and business policies. You will be part of the broader Corporate Services Team that provides support to the organisation.

The ideal candidate for this position will possess at least 2 years’ PQE with previous experience of general commercial and corporate transactions, gained in either a private practice or in-house environment.
