We are currently working on a new Real Estate role with a prominent Law Firm who specialise in corporate transactions and provide complex commercial advice. Due to growth, the firm is expanding its Real Estate Team in Edinburgh.

The main purpose of the role is to provide professional legal advice on a range of commercial real estate matters, including development, investments, leasing, disputes, and working with the Corporate Team on M&A and private equity deals.

The team is keen to hear from candidates at all levels and newly qualified Lawyers will also be considered. The preference is for applicants to be dual-qualified (Scots & English Law), however the team will also accept applications from those who are only qualified in one jurisdiction, with a preference for English law. The firm also offers hybrid working options, with junior lawyers expected to be in the office more frequently.
