An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a top UK law firm seeking a Tax Specialist for its Corporate Tax team. The team, ranked highly by legal directories, provides expert advice on corporate transactions, property tax, employee share incentives, and tax planning.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Advising on tax aspects of corporate and property transactions
  • Providing guidance on VAT, SDLT/LBTT, capital allowances, and tax structuring
  • Supporting tax planning, restructuring, and employee share schemes
  • Participating in client updates, seminars, and business development activities

Candidates should have a minimum of 4 years’ PQE with relevant experience, a strong interest in tax, excellent communication, and business development skills.
