Practice Area: Childcare, Civil Litigation, Commercial Litigation, Education, Corporate
Level: NQ 2023, NQ 2024, NQ, Assistant, Full Time, Interim
Section: Law Firm
Location: Scotland, Glasgow
Ref: FW9163

We have been exclusively instructed on two new litigation roles with a prominent law centre, within their Education Law Unit (ELU). Both positions are based in Glasgow and focus on providing legal representation for children and young people in Scotland facing challenges related to Additional Support Needs (ASN) and discrimination cases. The roles are full-time for an initial six-month term with the possibility of extension and offer a blended working model with some travel across Scotland.

These positions would be suited to candidates with at least 1 years’ PQE in litigation, however recently qualified solicitors with experience in litigation are invited to apply. The positions are ideal for those passionate about defending children’s rights in complex and sensitive legal cases. Successful candidates will join a forward-thinking, community-driven organisation, contributing to a nationally recognised initiative.

If this is something that could be of interest to you, please do not hesitate to contact either Steph or Jade for an initial and confidential discussion. (assignment 16473)
