An established UK law firm is currently recruiting for an Associate with experience in Commercial Property to join its expanding team in Edinburgh. This role offers an opportunity to provide high-quality legal advice to commercial clients, manage a varied caseload, and build strong client relationships while advising on all matters related to the purchase, sale, and lease of commercial properties.

The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years’ PQE in commercial real estate, with proven expertise in drafting, negotiating, and implementing agreements such as leases, missives, and development agreements. Key responsibilities include examining title and reporting to clients, managing financial aspects of cases, and supporting the professional development of junior team members. Additionally, you will contribute to business development initiatives within the Commercial Property division, demonstrating a proactive approach to client engagement and financial control.
