Conveyancing Solicitor – Ayrshire

Practice Area: Real Estate, Commercial Property, Residential Conveyancing
Level: Assistant, Associate, Partner, Full Time
Section: Law Firm
Location: Ayr, Ayrshire
Ref: FW9178

This well-established law firm is currently recruiting for an experienced Conveyancing Solicitor to join its busy property team based in Ayrshire, with hybrid working options available. This role provides an opportunity to handle residential conveyancing transactions independently, from initiation through to completion, and includes the chance to work on commercial conveyancing and leasing matters.

Candidates at all level of experience will be considered for this opportunity – from junior through to Partner level candidates.  The ideal candidate will have strong experience in conveyancing and the ability to manage their own caseload effectively. Key responsibilities include overseeing all stages of a residential property transaction, supporting the team with commercial conveyancing tasks, and maintaining close client relationships.

This is a full-time, permanent role offering substantial support within a collaborative team environment and an opportunity for growth.  Ideally, candidates will be based in Ayrshire, although applicants who are open to commuting and can commit to regular in-office days are also welcome. If you are a committed, detail-oriented professional looking to advance your property career, please contact either Teddie or Cameron for an initial, confidential discussion. (Assignment 16715)
