An established boutique law firm specialising in UK immigration law is currently recruiting a Senior Solicitor to expand into a new area of law. This exciting role offers the opportunity to establish and lead a new department within a well-regarded firm in Edinburgh, known for its expertise and client-centered approach.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years’ PQE in an area of law outside immigration, with a track record of expertise and client development. Experience in immigration law is advantageous but not essential. Candidates who can bring an established client base or are recognised as go-to professionals in their field are especially encouraged to apply. Key qualities include motivation, enthusiasm, and strong organisational skills, as this role involves the unique challenge of setting up and managing a new department.
