This established law firm is currently recruiting an Associate for its expanding Financial Services Law department in Guernsey. This role offers a diverse workload that includes providing legal advice on corporate and commercial law, investment funds, banking, and regulatory matters.

Key responsibilities involve managing and coordinating transactions from initial advice through to conclusion, delivering efficient and high-quality legal support to partners, performing legal research, reviewing and summarising documents, and efficiently managing time recording, billing, and compliance with anti-money laundering procedures.

Applicants should be newly qualified or junior level with up to 2 years PQE level, ideally holding a UK or Guernsey legal qualification. Essential skills include a strong background in banking, corporate/commercial, or regulatory work, sound drafting abilities, excellent organisational skills, and effective communication capabilities.
