This established law firm is currently recruiting a Clinical Negligence Solicitor for its busy practice in either its Edinburgh or Glasgow offices. The role focuses on managing civil actions against various healthcare providers, such as the NHS, GPs, or dental surgeries, transcending simple compensation claims to also offer victims answers and justice, thereby enhancing medical standards and preventing future incidents.

Key responsibilities include strong management of a variety of clinical negligence cases such as delays in diagnosis, cerebral palsy, birth injuries, surgical errors, and fatal claims. Candidates should be enthusiastic, client-focused litigators with 1-4 years’ PQE, preferably with experience in personal injury law or civil litigation, or possibly looking to shift from commercial litigation to a more impactful legal role.
