An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Solicitor to join a dynamic law firm in Glasgow, specialising in Corporate Transactions. This role is ideal for a professional with a focus on private mergers and acquisitions across various sectors including tech M&A, private equity, financial services transactions, and infrastructure projects. The purpose of this position is to strengthen the firm’s capabilities in these crucial areas, contributing significantly to the firm’s business development and client service.

The successful candidate will have 1-8 years’ PQE and be passionate about delivering high-quality legal services. You will have experience working in a collaborative environment and be proficient at managing complex negotiations and legal processes. Key responsibilities include drafting, negotiating, and managing transaction documents, leading due diligence efforts, and directly engaging with clients to provide strategic advice and strengthen relationships.
