Our client, a global law firm specialising in a broad spectrum of litigation areas, is currently seeking a Partner to join its growing team in either Glasgow or Edinburgh. The successful candidate will be involved in a diverse range of challenging and complex matters including personal injury, disease claims, asbestos-related claims, noise-induced hearing loss, upper limb disorders, exposure to hazardous chemicals, marine litigation, arbitration, fraud, and health & safety issues.

The team welcomes candidates with a minimum of 5 years’ PQE who have experience in personal injury (defence), motor, counter fraud, and Employer’s Liability/Public Liability (EL/PL). You should have robust experience with the Sheriff Court and Court of Session, assisting on large cases, and managing sensitive and intricate cases such as historic abuse claims.
