A well-established firm is seeking a Residential Conveyancing Solicitor for its Glasgow office. The role involves managing the legal aspects of property transactions, including sales, purchases, remortgages, and transfers of title.

The successful candidate will assist the team by providing expert legal advice to clients and supporting the Partner in delivering comprehensive legal services within the Residential Conveyancing department. Key responsibilities will include:

  • Taking responsibility for the examination of the title of the purchase property.
  • Receiving and checking mortgage instructions from lenders and undertake specific tasks required.
  • Drafting deeds.
  • Meeting with clients and explaining the required legal documents for execution.

Additionally, the post-holder will liaise with third parties such as other solicitors and banks and help maintain and grow client relationships.

To be considered for this role, you will possess a minimum of 1-year PQE experience, with previous experience in residential conveyancing work.
