This international law firm is currently recruiting an experienced Employment Associate in Aberdeen. The role is within the Employment & Reward Group, one of the most experienced in the country, offering top-tier national and international expertise across the UK, Europe, and beyond.

The team manages complex claims and corporate transactions for leading companies and financial institutions, often with an international focus. Services include advising on executive employment issues, cross-border matters, and strategic projects such as change management, reward philosophy, and gender pay gap audits.

The role may involve high-value litigation, so relevant experience is advantageous, while also supporting clients in M&A and outsourcing, making an interest in these areas beneficial.

The ideal candidate will have at least two years of employment law experience in a commercial practice, specialising in areas such as complex tribunal claims, cross-border issues, restructuring, senior-level grievances, and whistleblowing, You will collaborate with the Aberdeen Partner and the wider UK team, particularly colleagues in Edinburgh and Glasgow.
