An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a successful UK law firm as a Commercial Property Solicitor in Edinburgh or Glasgow. The team provide high-quality legal advice to commercial clients advising on all matters related to the purchase, sale, and lease of commercial properties.

The role involves supporting Partners and other fee earners within the Commercial Property division, ensuring the delivery of excellent legal services to clients. You will manage your workload efficiently and professionally to meet client needs and firm objectives, while proactively handling the financial aspects of your matters. You will also review titles, negotiate leases, provide legal opinions, and support the success of the Commercial Property division through team initiatives.

The ideal candidate will be newly qualified up to 5 years’ PQE and will have completed at least one seat in a Commercial Property team during their traineeship, with a strong interest in specialising in this area. Essential skills include taking responsibility, commercial awareness, efficient planning and organisation, and a client-focused approach.
