Our client, a well-established Scottish law firm, is currently recruiting an Associate or Senior Associate to join its Commercial Real Estate team in Glasgow, with the option for hybrid working. This position involves transactional work across telecoms and commercial asset management, areas experiencing rapid growth.

The successful candidate will lead day-to-day transactional asset management work, act as the primary contact for clients, and support the wider team on large-scale projects, adhering to client protocols and firm standards. The role also offers opportunities for non-fee-earning activities like knowledge sharing and training.

The ideal candidate will be a qualified Solicitor with at least 4 years’ PQE in Scottish commercial real estate, possessing strong organisational skills and a commercial approach to legal issues, with the ability to influence effectively at all levels. Experience in telecoms and/or asset management is advantageous but not essential, as training will be provided.
