Brodies’ GC Supper Club – Thank You!

Frasia was delighted to join Brodies’ GC Supper Club last week for a discussion about attracting and retaining lawyers in-house.

The discussion held at Brodies’ Edinburgh office brought together GC’s from across Scotland to share insights and strategies in response to the growing demand for skilled lawyers.

Key topics discussed included the evolving expectations of lawyers, the impact of work-life balance on retention, and the role of professional development and mentorship programs in nurturing legal talent.
