Celebrating 29 Years of Trust and Legal Recruitment

Frasia Wright Associates is proud to mark 29 years’ of supporting Lawyers and building trust. Founded in December 1995 by Frasia Wright, a pioneer in legal recruitment with experience in New York and London, the firm has grown to become Scotland’s leading legal recruitment agency, exclusively placing Lawyers.

Frasia started the business to offer realistic and ethical recruitment advice tailored to the legal profession, a mission that remains central today. Reflecting on the journey, she shares:

“I launched Frasia Wright Associates from home to balance work and family, never imagining how common this way of working would become. I saw a need for commercially aware, ethical recruitment advice, and I’m thrilled to see those values still driving our success. The journey has been full of challenges and opportunities, and with a fantastic team, we continue to adapt and grow.”

Over the years, we have supported Lawyers at every stage of their careers—from NQs finding their path to senior Lawyers shaping the next generation. The evolving legal landscape has brought changes, from mergers and expansions to navigating COVID-19, and we’ve embraced every moment.

Instead of a formal celebration, we are marking this milestone by donating to three incredible charities close to our hearts: LawCare, Missing People, and Young Minds, all of which support vital and meaningful causes.
