Celebrating 30 Years of Trust and Legal Recruitment
Frasia Wright Associates is proud to be entering its 30th year of supporting Lawyers and building lasting trust. Founded in December 1995 by Frasia Wright—a pioneer in legal recruitment with experience in New York and London—the business has grown into one of Scotland’s leading specialist legal recruitment agencies.
From the start, Frasia set out to provide ethical, realistic, and tailored recruitment advice—a focus that remains central today. Reflecting on this journey, she shares:
“When I launched Frasia Wright Associates from home to balance family life and a passion to have my own business, I never imagined how common home/flexible working would become. I saw a need for a recruitment partner that truly understood the legal market, and I’m proud that our commitment to integrity and long-term relationships continues to drive our success. With an exceptional and highly experienced team and loyal clients and candidates (many of whom are now our clients), we look forward to the future where we will continue to adapt and grow.”
