This highly regarded law firm is currently recruiting a Practice Development Lawyer to join its Real Estate practice in Glasgow or Edinburgh. The team offer a full range of real estate services to clients including joint ventures, acquisitions and disposals, development, and property litigation.

The team is keen to speak with candidates with at least 5 years PQE, ideally with Real Estate experience who have been an active creator and contributor of and to legal know-how materials and client service. You will have substantial knowledge of the Real Estate sector, strong research abilities and an understanding of the likely practical implications of legal changes.

The role focuses on the management of knowledge, training, and current awareness with the Scottish Real Estate team. You will be responsible for updating and maintaining the precedent bank, thought leadership, and working on innovation projects as well as the following:

  • Planning and managing the delivery of the CPD program and trainee training.
  • Supporting fee earning colleagues in dealing with transactional points of law and practice.
  • Assisting with the training and development of its team of paralegals.
