This dynamic legal firm is actively seeking an Incentives Senior Associate to expand its team in Edinburgh. The ideal candidate should possess a minimum of 6 years’ PQE with experience in crafting reward structures and equity incentive plans.

Primary responsibilities will include providing counsel to remuneration committees on management incentive matters in compliance to the relevant laws. You will also handle in executive compensations or employee benefits.
