This renowned law firm is currently recruiting a Solicitor to join its expanding Banking and Finance team, based in either Edinburgh or Glasgow. The ideal candidate will have between 1-5 years of PQE and experience in all aspects of the financial sector.
The successful candidate will be responsible for drafting and negotiating facility agreements, including bank forms, bespoke agreements, LMA facility documents, and security documents. You will also provide oversight to firms and clients on cross-border transactional and advisory matters, including legal opinion work. This position is open to candidates qualified in either Scottish or English law.
