This leading Scottish Law Firm is currently seeking a Senior Associate to join its Commercial Litigation Team in Aberdeen. The firm is one of the largest in the country and its dedicated team provides legal support to a diverse client base on litigation, arbitration commercial dispute resolution and ADR matters.

The successful candidate will join a supportive team and can expect to play a key role in the growth of the business. Core tasks will include:

Advise clients on dispute resolution with a commercial approach.
Work with corporate, professional, and high net worth clients.
Handle complex issues with tight deadlines.
Represent clients in courts and arbitrations.
Supervise and support junior team members.
Maintain effective client relationships and support business development.

The ideal candidate for this position will have upwards of 6 years’ PQE with extensive experience in commercial litigation. Good knowledge of court and tribunal procedure, particularly jurisdiction, is desirable.
