This progressive Law Firm is currently recruiting an experienced Lawyer to join its busy Commercial Litigation Team in Edinburgh. The firm is keen to hear from candidates at Partner level who have a strong commercial background with a knowledge of the financial services sector being desirable.

The role will focus on contentious matters for a range of commercial clients and financial organisations. The team advise on a range of high-value and complex matters which include commercial and investment banking disputes.

Your key duties will include:

Managing a varied caseload for key commercial and financial services clients
Providing strategic and commercial legal advice on a range of contentious disputes and claims
Supporting the surrounding team with large projects and complex cases

To be considered for this position you should have at least 6 years’ PQE and have experience of commercial litigation, financial services litigation, or property litigation.
