This award-winning independent Scottish firm is currently seeking an additional Lawyer to join its growing Commercial Property Team. The position is located in the Highlands and can be based in either the firm’s Inverness, Elgin, or Moray office.

The Commercial Property Team is responsible for a variety of tasks, including leases and lease management work, property purchase and sales, developments, portfolio management, investments, and funding. The role’s main focus will be on working with clients in the north of Scotland, however, there is also the opportunity to collaborate with colleagues across the country and also internationally.

The team is happy to accept applications from candidates at all levels, including newly qualified individuals. While previous experience in commercial property is desirable, however it is not essential, as long as applicants can demonstrate an interest and enthusiasm in this area.
