We are currently with Miller Samuel Hill Brown, as sole agency, on this commercial property role in Glasgow. The team specialises in all aspects of property law in Scotland, dealing with acquisitions and disposals of all sizes, from the smallest industrial unit to largescale developments.
This is a broad role which involves all aspects of general commercial property work including:
To be considered for this position you should have a minimum of 5 years’ PQE level who has significant experience in the area and of handling sensitive and complex cases; there is also scope for progression to Legal Director level. Although this is a full-time role, candidates wishing to work 4 days would be considered.
