This international law firm is seeking an additional lawyer to join its Complex Property Team in Glasgow. The team handles high-profile, high-value insurance-related disputes, including subrogated recovery claims, public liability property damage claims, insurance policy coverage issues, and commercial litigation.
The work involves subrogated recovery claims, defender public liability property damage claims; insurance policy coverage, and general commercial litigation, and would be suited to those at the 1-2 years’ level of PQE.
While direct experience in insurance-related litigation is desirable, the team is open to candidates who may not have experience in this area of litigation but are eager to learn. They are also keen to hear from junior level litigators coming from a small firm who are keen to grow their career in this type of firm and area of the law.
