This leading offshore Law Firm is currently recruiting an Associate to join its busy Corporate Team in Guernsey. The team represents a range of clients, including public organisations, multinational corporations, and high net worth individuals.

The ideal candidate will be newly qualified up to 4 years PQE, with experience in fund formation, finance and/or general corporate/M&A. Candidates should possess an outstanding academic background and a balanced mix of expertise and ambition to engage in a diverse range of transactional matters.
