This forward-thinking international firm is seeking a commercially focused Associate/Senior Associate to join its esteemed corporate team. This position is in Edinburgh and offers the opportunity for cross border work and international transactions across key industry sectors. This is a broad-based role including mergers and acquisitions and private equity and general corporate advisory work.

The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year PQE, M&A exposure and excellent drafting skills.
