Our client is currently recruiting for an additional Lawyer to join its highly regarded Corporate Team in Edinburgh. The team handles a range of corporate finance matters, with a strong emphasis on investment funds.

The work will be technically interesting, and core tasks will include:

  • Consulting clients on the setup of investment funds, capital raising strategies, and transactions related to investment funds and financial markets.
  • Collaborating with the investment funds team and liaising with specialists from the tax department.
  • Preparing legal research and documents for client guidance and potential publication.
  • Supporting clients in achieving their overarching business goals.

To be considered for this position, you should have 4+ years’ PQE with previous experience in corporate finance work. The ideal candidate will have a genuine interest in investment funds, with a strong understanding of commercial clients and how they operate their businesses.
