This successful offshore law firm is currently recruiting a lawyer with experience in mergers and acquisitions, equity capital markets, and/or corporate law advisory to join its corporate team in Jersey.

The corporate practice, the largest in the Channel Islands, is known for its excellence and high-quality service. The Jersey team, led by three prominent partners, possesses extensive local and international expertise.

This role offers the chance to work on high-profile transactions within a supportive and technically proficient team. The firm seeks Commonwealth-qualified lawyers with a minimum of 4 years’ post-qualification experience from top-tier corporate or commercial firms.
