Exciting opportunity to join this growing firm in Guernsey. This is a busy team who advise on a wide range of contentious matters for both individuals and organisations, such as financial services, contentious insolvency, regulatory investigations and enforcement, employment, medical negligence, and construction cases.
To be considered for this position you should be qualified to practice as a Solicitor or Barrister in England & Wales. The ideal candidate will have between 1-5 years’ PQE in civil and/or commercial litigation. You will have the ability to manage a varied and complex caseload, including running your own matters while assisting on larger and more complex cases.
