This award-winning Scottish Law Firm is currently recruiting for an additional Lawyer to join its Family Law team, located in the Highlands. The role can be based in either the firm’s Inverness, Elgin, or Thurso office, with an element of hybrid working available.
The Family Law team comprises specialists who deliver a full range of family services, including child contact and residence disputes, international child abduction, separation, dissolution of civil partnerships, cohabitation, and mediation.
The team welcomes applications from individuals who are newly qualified and upwards. The ideal candidate for this position will have previous experience in family and child law, particularly the financial aspects of these areas. Exposure to the Sheriff Court and Court of Session is also preferable.
