Our client, a national full-service Law Firm, is currently seeking a Lawyer to join its Commercial Litigation Team focusing on financial services disputes, one of the largest dedicated financial services teams in the UK.

The primary responsibility of this role is managing a diverse caseload for key financial services clients, including private banks, clearing banks, and building societies. Additionally, the successful candidate may have the opportunity to contribute to commercial dispute resolution cases.

To be considered for this role, candidates must be qualified in Scots or English law and have between NQ and 3 years’ PQE. Early 2025 qualifiers are also encouraged to apply. A strong track record in financial or commercial litigation is key to this role. Candidates with a background in personal injury or other litigation areas are encouraged to apply, provided they have a genuine interest in the field.  The team is keen to hear from ambitious and self-motivated individuals who are able to handle busy caseloads and meet tight deadlines.
