This well-established law firm based in Glasgow is currently recruiting a committed Immigration and Asylum Solicitor to join its busy practice. This role involves providing expert advice and representation to clients on a wide range of personal and business immigration and asylum matters.

Responsibilities include preparing and submitting applications to the Home Office and/or the Upper Tribunal, representing clients at Hearings and Tribunals, and developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and other organisations and charities. The successful candidate will also be expected to stay up to date with changes in immigration and asylum law and policy and contribute to the development of the team’s expertise and knowledge.

The ideal candidate will be a newly qualified or qualified solicitor with up to 4 years PQE in Immigration and Asylum law. They must have a strong understanding of UK immigration law and procedures, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, and strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
