We are delighted to have been exclusively instructed on this interim litigation vacancy. This in-house position is with a housing, care, and property management organisation in Glasgow. The role focuses on delivering client-centred legal advice, covering areas such as housing management, debt recovery, public liability claims, and litigation, with a particular emphasis on addressing anti-social behaviour.
Ideally applicants with have around 5 years’ PQE, however candidates with litigation experience out with this level are encouraged to apply. Knowledge of Housing Law would be beneficial.
The position is hybrid, primarily home-based, with occasional travel to offices and court as required. The contract will run for at least one month with the possibility of extension on a month to month basis.
